Bar Clara

Bar Clara is the newest addition to the culinary offerings at Fotografiska Berlin, following Restaurant Verōnika and Bar Verōnika, the ground floor Bakery, and the Café + Bar. And it’s amazing! The bar is located in a prism atop the museum building, offering breathtaking views and seasonal cocktail exhibits. Cocktails like the “Clara Chromatic“, a clarified milk punch with Mezcal, Oloroso, red berries, and fresh grapefruit juice, the “Apple a Day“, a whisky highball with Palo Santo and apple, or “Like a Stone“, a sour with Japanese gin, sake, cream, egg white, lemongrass, and tamarind, are inspired by the dazzling city views from the bar‘s rooftop (yes, there’s alfresco drinking as well) and the many different colours of the light that you can experience at this pretty unique location. Bar Clara’s cocktail list has been created by a team of international heavyweights: Eric Alperin (of „The Varnish“ and „Milk & Honey“ fame) and Aurora Almenar, former head of R&D at famed „Paradiso“ in Barcelona (crowned as World’s Best Bar in 2022). The space is elegant, drinks are unique, creative and delicious. Definitely a big step up for Berlin’s bar scene. The competition is on!
