A wood-fired hamburger concept produced by Makoto Suetomi of the acclaimed wood-fired Yakitori restaurant Makitori Shinkobe.
The 6-seat counter only serves lunch that consists of a 5-course menu of small bites that climaxes with the wood-fired wagyu burger and ends with housemade milk gelato. The starting bites are no after thought, with many elements having ‘touched the fire’ and executed at a high level.
A very uniquely Tokyo experience is offerred here which is why it’s already about 6-months out to secure a reservation.
