Named after an Indonesian pepper, Andaliman elevates the beautiful cuisine of Indonesia. Everything about this restaurant is excellent. But the star of the show is the food. It’s delicious and beautifully presented and served. Make sure to pre order the duck (Bebek Andaliman). It is exquisite. I’ve never had Indonesian food in such a high end and elevated way. It works beautifully. It is new and fresh!
