The latest creation from the JKS restaurant group, this new opening balances grandeur with warmth—gilded interiors, low-lit ambiance, and an extensive cocktail list topped off by the 1.5L Maharaja Margarita jug (bring friends, you’ll need them). The weekend DJ sets keep the vibe lively as 140 covers turn over three times a night (according to one of the servers)— a testament to the buzz this place is creating. Highlights include the Butter Chicken Chops, rich and perfectly spiced; Mutton Keema Naan with Bone Marrow Masala, indulgent and beautifully layered; and classic Seekh Kebabs, tender and flavorful.
