Patrice Demers is the chef and co-owner of restaurant Sabayon in Montreal, Canada, together with his wife, sommelier Marie-Josée Beaudoin.
Demers entered the gastronomic world as a pastry chef, where he was fascinated with the techniques and challenges of baking and desserts. Today, he runs his 14-seat restaurant Sabayon in Montreal together with his wife.
