Isaac McHale is the chef patron of the Clove Club in London. Born in Orkney and growing up in Glasgow, Scotland, McHale’s fascination for cooking was cultivated from a young age. After working at Marque in Sydney, McHale completed a stage at René Redzepi's Noma and worked with Tom Aikens and for Brett Graham at The Ledbury in London. He then joined the experimental Young Turks collective, eventually opening the Clove Club in Shoreditch Town Hall in 2013.
