L'Abysse (2 Michelin Star) is a sushi counter located in the historic Pavillon Ledoyen (1779) of Yannick Alléno.The talented team of Sushi Master Yasunari Okazaki gave us an Omakase that was beautifully orchestrated. Exquisite tea and a staggering wine list are here along with some rare Sake (we had some 🍶) There's also an installation by Japanese street artist Tadashi Kawamata made up of thousands of wooden chopsticks! This restaurant will not disappoint if you're looking to be somewhere special!🍣
