Nuno Mendes

Born and raised in Lisbon, Nuno Mendes founded the ground-breaking concept The Loft Project 'a chef's atelier' in London, where he hosted up-and-coming chefs worldwide to take up residence and experiment with his own cooking. His passion for food and immersive dining experiences is evident in his successful restaurants, like Viajante, Taberna do Mercado and Mãos. Recently he opened Lisboeta, his love letter to Lisbon in London's Soho.
